TMGM Services (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a staffing firm that connects job seekers (“Candidates”) with client employers (“Clients”). These Terms govern your use of our services, whether as a candidate, client, or website visitor.

2. Services Provided
We provide staffing and recruiting services including, but not limited to, candidate sourcing, screening, placement, and workforce solutions.

3. Eligibility
By using our services, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
   
• You are legally permitted to work in the United States or the applicable jurisdiction.
   
• You have provided true and accurate information in all interactions with TMGM Services.
   

4. Candidate Responsibilities
Candidates agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information, including resumes, work history, and references.
   
• Notify TMGM Services of changes to employment status or contact information.
   
• Maintain professionalism in interactions with TMGM Services and Clients.
   

5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate job descriptions and hiring requirements.
   
• Communicate hiring decisions and feedback promptly.
   
• Comply with all applicable employment and labor laws, including nondiscrimination and fair hiring practices.
   

6. Fees and Payment
Clients agree to the fee structure outlined in their signed staffing agreement with TMGM Services. Invoices are due in accordance with the terms stated in that agreement. Late payments may incur interest or service charges.

7. Confidentiality
All parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information, candidate data, client business practices, and any other confidential material disclosed during the course of the engagement.

8. No Guarantees
While TMGM Services aims to match clients with qualified candidates, we do not guarantee employment, job performance, or specific outcomes from our staffing services.

9. Intellectual Property
All materials on our website and in our communications, including logos, text, images, and proprietary tools, are the property of TMGM Services and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability
TMGM Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or employment opportunities, arising from the use of our services.

11. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Denton County, Texas.

13. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
